Job Description: Field Sales Executive to sell a range of products to regulated industries within the Leinster Region. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years’ experience within Sales/ business development or Sales Account Management ideally from a Pharmaceutical, Manufacturing or Electronics industry, however this will not be a prerequisite for right candidate. This person can be based remotely within Leinster and will spend majority of time on the road visiting client sites and developing new business leads. This role will have an existing client base and new business target – existing clients/in house accounts is circa 4,000 active customers – new clients will be new FDI pharmaceutical or new manufacturing clients. Reporting line direct to the senior Business Manager. Candidate: The ideal candidate will possess a skill set consisting of commitment, drive and enthusiasm as well as being extremely customer focused. • Good industry knowledge and experience working within the Pharmaceutical, Manufacturing or Electronics industry ideally. • Minimum of 2 years’ experience within a sales focused role would have advantage. • Have a pro-active approach to your job role, to secure lasting partnerships with our clients. • Be able to negotiate to a satisfactory conclusion. • Able to work alone and as part of a team. • A skilled sales negotiator with Excellent communication skills. • Be enthusiastic and dependable. • Be focused and goal oriented. • Can achieve sales objectives & Targets. • Have excellent organisational skills.
