On behalf of my client, a global pharma company based in the Midlands, I am recruiting for an experienced Scientist . This role will be based within the organisations Cell Lab. The successful candidate will be involved in: Supporting the design, conduct and oversight of development projects to create and validate new bioassay methods. Improving existing bioassay methods. Transferring client-provided methods. Consulting with clients. Troubleshooting instruments and method performance. Preparing technical reports and papers. Training of junior lab members. Desired Qualifications & Experience: Ph.D. in microbiology, immunology or cell biology. Experience in developing cellular and immunologically based assays. Direct hands-on experience in quantitative and qualitative analysis using immunochemistry or cell based assay techniques. Strong foundation of knowledge in biological sciences and good aseptic technique. Ability to develop analytical methods to meet international system suitability expectations.
