Meath require a Sous Chef and a Chef de Partie, experienced in preparing and cooking dishes to a very high standard for a busy restaurant. Must be hard working and capable of producing high quality foods for both department and internal standards. Each chef must be innovative in introducing new and exciting dishes on an ongoing basis. Sous Chef requires a minimum of 5 years’ experience and Chef De Partie 2 years. Salary is €30,000 pa. 39 hrs per week.
