   valuer grade iii.   the office of public works (opw) manages much of central government’s property portfolio providing accommodation to central government departments, an garda síochána and other state agencies. the opw currently has vacancies for valuer grade iii. the role of the valuer grade iii includes leasing/letting of commercial properties (mainly offices). s/he will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines coupled with good analytical and research skills. successful candidate(s) will hold a qualification at minimum level 7 on the national framework of qualifications in property economics, property valuation and management, or property studies accredited by the society of chartered surveyors ireland or equivalent and have a good understanding of all facets of the irish property market.
