Job: Site Manager. Our client is looking for two Site Managers to be based in Dublin . One would need residential experience preferably on multistorey builds, the other commerical experience preferably within helathcare. The focus of the job is: Check on works carried out. Ability to organise and manage general/skilled operatives, sub-contractors and materials suppliers. Maintain high professional standards with excellent interpersonal and communication skills supporting the development of strong relationships. Dealing with site deliveries and checking quality of material. Attend weekly site meetings and prepare progress reports liaising with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners and quantity surveyors. Ideal candidate: Engineering or trade (preferably carpentry) background. Competent in Microsoft Word, Excel and outlook as well as cloud drives such as Dropbox. Minimum 5 years construction background with Site Manager experience of minimum 3 years. Residential or commercial expereince.
