We are currently recruiting for Machine Operatives for our busy client based in Navan, Co. Meath . THE ROLE: It is shift work 6.00 - 2.30 pm Week 1 and 2.30 pm - 10.00 pm Week 2. Run the Pre Expanders/ Block Moulds and all 2 Cutting Lines. Working with Shift Leader and communicate with Dispatch office to make sure we have all product needed for loading and orders are correct before cutting. Maintain housekeeping to high standards at all times. Ensure all data to be recorded is accurate and up to date each day. Ensure Product is correctly labelled and packed. Undertake flexible working hours to meet deadlines. Good communications with the team to ensure targets are met and we have all product that is needed for customer orders before end of each shift. Ensure all products meet strict quality standards. Undertake any other tasks appropriate to the position, as requested by management. REQUIREMENTS: A current forklift licence is desirable. Attention to detail. Experience of operating manufacturing computer controlled machines essential. An adaptable and flexible approach to routine & process changes and deadlines. Operates within health & safety expectations. A record of good time keeping & attendance. Has the ability to communicate all issues promptly and effectively.
