Office and Sales Support Administrator - Co Meath (must have car and be within a commutable distance of central Meath i.e. Navan, Kells, Trim, Virginia, Mullingar, Dunshaughlin, Drogheda. Salary: €23-28K neg DOE. Hours: 8.30am-5.15pm (Mon-Thurs) & 8.30am-4pm (Friday. Car owner. Our client, a provider of building materials to the construction industry is seeking to hire an Administrator to support their sales and office function. The ideal candidate will have min 3 years administration expeirence and strong database skills. Experience using HubSpot would be a definite advantage. You should be enjoy a busy and varied role which will involve communicating with sales colleagues and customers to support sales activities. Duties: Providing support the sales team (5 Field Reps. Updating and maintaining sales and customer data using numerous Database systems, including HubSpot. Maintaining sales documentation and information. Booking and coordinating product training for Reps. Office administration tasks supporting the day to day operations of the business. Ad hoc support to the management team.
