Microbiologist is required by CareerWise Recruitment for our Meath based client. This role will be responsible for contamination control strategies and activities associated with the Manufacturing, Warehouse and Microbiology Laboratory. This role will function as the site Microbiology Subject Matter Expert (SME. THE ROLE: * Provide technical support for the qualification and validation of thee manufacturing and warehouse areas, analytical instruments, environmental Monitoring program, Process Validation and Continued Process Verification (process monitoring. * Support the technical transfer of products through to operational readiness, method transfer/validation, contamination control strategy, aseptic training, environmental monitoring program, raw materials testing, product testing and in-process testing. THE REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Microbiology or a relevant discipline. * Three years plus experience in a similar role. * Excellent influencing/collaboration skills and teamwork mindset. * A proven ability to lead cross functional teams and deliver on tight timelines. * Strong communication skills. * Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative.
